Armed with a B.S. in Human Resources Management and an M.S. in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University, my academic credentials lay the foundation for my expertise. But it's my certifications as an SHRM Senior Certified Professional and a Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) that truly amplify my ability to make a difference in the corporate world.
